Inviting Your Team

Docs are a team effort. Every Clayo project supports multiple members, so your whole team can write, review, and publish articles from their own AI coding tools.

Sending an invitation

Invitations are managed in the web app:

1. Open Settings → Team in your Clayo dashboard.
2. Enter your teammate's email address.
3. Choose a role and send the invite.

They'll receive an email with a link to join the project.

Roles

Each member has one of three roles:

• Owner: full control over the project, including billing-level and destructive actions
• Admin: administrative privileges, such as managing members and project settings
• Member: basic access for everyday docs work

Accepting an invitation

Your teammate signs in to Clayo with the email address the invitation was sent to. Once signed in, they can accept the invite and the project appears in their dashboard.

After joining

New members connect their own AI coding tool to the project's MCP server, then write and publish articles the same way you do. See Installing the MCP Server to get them set up.
